Refund policy

Returns are accepted for unwashed, unworn goods with all labels and packaging as received.

Returns must be made no later than 5 days after received.

The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

There is a 3% restocking fee for all orders.

Orders over $500 will have a 8% restocking fee.

If returned items bring your order to a lower amount that is qualified for free shipping, the customer will be charged for the shipping fee.

NOTE: All orders placed between September 8th and October 5th will be eligible for store credit only.

Sale items are final sale.

Orders placed 7 days before Succos and Pesach will be final sale.
